Cliff became a Silent Key in April 2026. His sister Noel Reynolds Hebert, in honoring his wishes has donated his amateur radio gear to the STEM Amateur Radio Club. It is my honor to accept the following equipment: The gear includes:

• Baofeng UV-5RA (x2)

• Baofeng 5RM

• Baofeng DMR32

• MD-390 UHF DMR HT

• Yaesu FT-991A HF/2m/440 Base Rig

• Unknown brand Digital hotspot

• 40M to 6M EFHW antenna

• Uniden Bearcat BC250 Scanner (needs new battery)
