The STEM Amateur Radio Club aims to foster curiosity, generate interest, and inspire and motivate young people to discover the wonders of amateur radio. We achieve this by conducting various hands-on STEM experiments to showcase the possibilities of ham radio, illustrating its unlimited possibilities. In the process, we develop their communication and social interaction skills and improve their math and science levels.
Middle schoolers and high schoolers are also shown opportunities that may await them as licensed amateur operators, all of which would otherwise remain unavailable to them, such as engineering, robotics, trades work, military, aviation, computer sciences, space exploration, and many others.
It’s important to note that we intend to complement and support teachers and counselors, not replace them. We capture the attention and enhance the concentration of every student. bring the mysteries and the benefits of this great hobby to the forefront. Through these efforts, we've seen an increase in focus and concentration on the part of every student.
